International Children's Week

In November, we will be celebrating different cultures around the world through our annual International Children's Week. The purpose of this week is to celebrate the diversity that makes our world and school unique.
What is International Children's Week?
Here is a quick preview of what has happened during past International Children's Weeks:
- Kick-Off Assembly - Native dances and songs from different countries performed by student, parent, teacher and community perofmrers
- Parade of Nations - Students dress in native clothing of different countries and parade around the campus
- International Festival - The festival is an all-day event which takes place in the cafeteria. Students visit booths and get stamps on their passport and then partake in making a craft and tasting a food item from each specific country represented
