• Students' teachers will be given the names of all students who shall attend clubs after school.
• Students will be allowed to take water breaks as needed. Please have your student bring a water bottle to school on club days.
• There's no dedicated snack time, however, students will be allowed to bring a peanut-free snack if needed. No snack sharing allowed.
• There is no official snack time and to ensure their safety, students will be asked to sit out until they are finished eating.
• Bathroom breaks are allowed as needed. Students will be required to buddy up.
• Playgrounds shall not be utilized during Clubs.
• Non-emergencies - Office personnel will be on-site to assist.
• EMERGENCIES: Instructors will call 911 for all emergencies. BCE's emergency protocol will then go into effect.
